RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return. If the gift was shipped to the buyer, the refund will go to the buyer.

SHIPPING POLICY
While most orders ship within one business day, please allow up to 28 days for shipment in exceptional cases. All shipments over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery and are fully insured by NCL Advisory.
We are not liable for packages left unattended or redirected per customer request. Insurance coverage ceases upon delivery confirmation or signature.
Shipping carriers used: USPS, FedEx, UPS
Customer responsibility: Taxes, shipping, and handling charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable service and insurance, especially for items over $50. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, NCL Advisory will handle the insurance claim. If approved, we may reship your items or refund your payment, at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery.
